Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Jeffrey Holliday and I have created some 3D and 2D art. Please take a look. The main computer program that I use is AutoCAD version 2008 that is a full function drafting program that is used by architects and engineers all over the world. I create the pieces in the main drawing area called “model space” which is a virtual world based off of the Cartesian grid system of measurements. I can create and print almost too any scale, the only limit is the size of the printer that is going to print out the piece. The 3D sculpture was also created in the AutoCAD model space and then sent to a 3-axix machine that then cut out the pieces out of a product that is 4mm thick and consists of two thin sheets of aluminum with a plastic core. The pieces are then stacked with spacers and bolted together.
